In her last performance, Candice Boyd sang “Glory” by John Legend and Common on The Four. Candice was competing against Evvie McKinney. In turn, Evvie delivered a cover of “Stay” by Rihanna.

Meghan Trainor said they both are queens. Meghan said Candice was born with a gift and had better vocals than most singers. Meghan said it has been special to hear her. Meghan said her mind was blown to hear Evvie sing. DJ Khaled said both were strong vocalists. He called both flawless.

Sean “Diddy” Combs said Candice would be the perfect next generation of the bad boy female artist. Diddy said Candice deserved to win this competition. Diddy said he could not get out of his head how Evvie performed in that deep place. He also felt Evvie deserved to win.

Diddy said there could only be one winner. Diddy said it came down to this unexplainable desire and willingness to entertain people. Diddy said they really found something special.

Diddy said the panel chose Evvie as the winner.
