The book is very well written – an easy page turner. Much of what Cherniske writes in here is confirmed in other research I’ve read, but it’s good to see See 1 question chegniske Caffeine Blues…. Never Feel Old Again. I wish I had this book 11 years ago!!! There is often caffein caffeine connection to hyperactivity, learning and behaviour disorders, cancer, heart disease, ulcers, headaches, allergies, birth defects and more. Not an easy decision, but this is one of those where she had little choice but to put her health first: Coffee effects us physically, mentally and emotionally, but everyone has a slightly different experience.
